User Agreement and Terms of Use

This User Agreement and Terms of Use governs use of the Visit Urla account and city guide services. Checking the acceptance box on the account creation screen means these terms are accepted electronically.

Membership and account security

Users must provide accurate, current information when registering and protect their accounts and passwords against unauthorised use. Accounts may not be used for unlawful activity, misleading content, compromising service security or infringing third-party rights.

Keeping information current

Dates, times, prices, access and business information may change. Verify information with the relevant venue, organiser or official source before visiting or paying. Map locations are provided for guidance.

Bookings and third parties

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website is not the party making a direct sale. External booking, tour, map and social-network services have their own agreements and privacy terms.

Artı points

NGTA earns no commission, transaction fee or revenue from earning or using Artı points. Points are linked to your account as part of an accumulation and benefits service; they are not cash payments, deposits or investment products. QR transactions and points movements are recorded for security and transaction verification. The earning and redemption conditions announced by the relevant business apply; you can report an incorrect transaction to support together with the record from your profile. This provision does not cover fees for separate tours, bookings or membership services.

Content and responsibility

The Visit Urla brand, original texts and design elements may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Users may not submit unlawful or misleading content or content infringing third-party rights. Reports of incorrect information are reviewed and updates are made within a reasonable time.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services or legislation. The current version is published on this page.
