Urla Cooking Class is a vocational course in Bademler neighbourhood, Urla, İzmir. The centre was founded to introduce and preserve Urla’s gastronomic heritage. Based at Hiç Zeytin Ormanı İşliği, Urla Cooking Class offers practical training in olive-oil literacy, traditional Urla cuisine and various agricultural products.
