USCA’s journey began with founder Serpil Erdurak’s first vineyard purchase in 2002. Established as a company in 2007, the winery works with grapes shaped by Urla’s soils, winds and varied microclimates. At Kuşçular, guided Classic, Premium and Cellar tastings explain the path from vineyard to bottle. Advance booking is required and the tasting area admits adults only.
